I'm now zeroing in on the implications of the court's finding of a legal violation. The focus is now the remedy. I am working on the wording for the answer that centers on the re-trial, which is mandated due to the right to effective remedy being compromised. I am including that this will serve as the means to address the grievance. I am also planning to include that the claim for compensation is rejected at this stage. I am also drafting the answer to reflect that the file will be sent back for re-evaluation in line with the ruling principles.
